Leo Dee
Co-Founder
Leo is a 26 year auto industry veteran. He founded Electron Corp., a private consulting firm specializing in software for auto retail, OEMs and warranty administrators, a role he has held since 2013. His career had him working with the largest auto dealer groups and software companies to deliver industry leading customer experiences. He developed and operates Dealer Spark, an e-commerce platform for direct-to-consumer aftermarket warranty sales.
Jeff A. Petrone
Co-Founder
Jeff most recently served 12 years as Executive Vice President for APCO Holdings, a $1B company. During his 20 year vehicle service contract sales career, he produced and led sales teams to generate over $700M in sales. At his most recent leadership role, his division was responsible for generating high 8-figures in annual revenue, where he led a team of 80 contributors. He brings decades of expertise in the vehicle service contract business with a focus on sales, call center operations, sales analytics, risk management, dealership loyalty, CRM process and automation, and direct marketing.
